The role of the Contract Administrator is to act impartially and administer the contract within the requirements as set out in the contract.
Herculeum are experienced in Contract Administration in all forms of construction contract and have implemented strict controls and protocols to ensure the contract can be administered appropriately and allows for accurate record keeping and change management.
Herculeum are also experienced as acting as the Employers Agent under the Design and Build form of contract.

As development managers we can help and support our clients unlock the value in their development strategies and assets. Herculeum will oversee a project from its initial concept idea through to completion, handover and Maintenance.
We have worked closely with creative designers, engineers, surveyors, legal firms, planning consultants and other professionals from all market sectors that will allow us to formalise a project team and manage all third parties in support of the project.
Forensic Quantum Analysis
When construction projects go wrong the financial implications can be severe. Unpicking the cause and effect can be complex and difficult to establish. There can be a multitude of reasons such as labour issues, material shortages, poor management etc. At Herculeum we take a holistic review of the project and audit the project from the early stages. We can provide an evaluation of the completed work and advise on the cost to complete the project. We can advise on the the legal heads of claim and recovery.
