Throughout the project lifecycle our deliverables are tested in peer review. The review is carried out on any and all projects as they reach their milestones and sits within Herculeum’s rigorous formal process. 

In addition, we are constantly monitoring market trends and advise on the implications on any given project. This allows our clients to make clear and informed choices and reduces project risk and uncertainty. Herculeum closely monitor material and labour price movements and will focus on the key materials which may impact project viability. This forms part of our due diligence processes. 

All our technical team members are fully chartered surveyors or on the pathway to achieve their RICS chartership status and hold a relevant RICS recognised degree qualification. In addition, all technical staff have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service certificate (DBS) which provides our clients assurance when working on particular projects such as education, banking, and asset management.
